She is wonderfully constructed and has inked and painted eyes. I thought she was a one of a kind made by a talented mom.
The doll below was recently sold on Ruby Lane, When I saw the doll I was surprised her head and eyes look like my Tilly's. She was also found in the Cape Cod area. I wonder if they were made by the same hand and are there more out there. If it wasn't for the Internet I would not be wondering if Tillie has a sister. This makes collecting all the more interesting.
